Located in Kew, this was a development of high end apartments each valued in the millions of dollars. The project required absolute perfection and attention to detail in bathroom finishing. The development was made up of 28 apartments and 60 impressive bathrooms, with each bathroom sized around 8 square metres. We were engaged to screed, waterproof and tile all bathroom floors and walls, which had large tile panels. We also tiled the balconies using the pedestal and paver technique — a system which has substantially proven to reduce the need for repairs.
