This development of 75 apartments was designed with a campus style approach, and included a large central courtyard and many shared outdoor spaces.
We were engaged to complete all floor and wall tiling, screeding, waterproofing and acoustic underlays for all 125 bathrooms. The bathrooms have small and feature tiles, which require perfection in grouting. We also waterproofed and tiled all balconies and outdoor paving using the pedestal and paver technique. This included the rooftop shared areas, which experience a lot of direct sun and water from the rooftop gardens.
